To report a possible adverse event

Please report a potential adverse event by submitting an online form.

1. Select your country, If your country does not appear on the drop down menu please select the general address pv@hikma.com

2. In the message box: provide your details including: the name of Hikma product, the initials of the person who experienced the possible side effect and / or other identifiers, such as gender and date of birth, a description of the possible side effect, such as the signs and symptoms experienced, date the possible side effect started and the result of the possible side effect.
