Empowering women within our business
Our founder, Samih Darwazah, valued the empowerment of women and developed several programmes to encourage gender diversity within our company. Today, we are building on this legacy through our ‘Dare to Dream Big’ programme, a series of monthly lectures that target capacity-building and leadership skills for female employees in the MENA region. We have also established a formal committee to address female-specific issues within our business. Our Women’s Committee comprises of women from across our organisation, and offers an inclusive platform where issues can be addressed openly.
